HGP/CCW RENEWAL - Application Assistance

This is for assistance to submit your RENEWAL for an existing HGP/CCW (Handgun Permit to Carry in the State of Maryland), NOT your HQL license to purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST have access to your email from a smart phone during the appointment.

You MUST also bring the following to your appointment:
1. Three References (non-family) to include full name, phone, email, address & employer name.
2. Your Employment History for the past 5 years (company name, address, supervisor name & phone #).
3. Your Signed Qualification Scoresheet showing your have completed and passed the required Training Course OR proof of your Exemption.
4. MSP Renewal Fee is $75 in addition to ESS application assistance fee of $50.

HQL Application RENEWAL Assistance

This is for assistance to submit your application for RENEWAL of your Maryland HQL application (Handgun Qualification License - license to purchase), NOT your HGP/CCW to carry.

Please note: You must have access to your email from a smart phone during the appointment in order to complete the application process.

You MUST bring your signed Qualification Scoresheet showing you have completed the 8 hour training or proof of your Exemption.

The MSP Renewal fee is $20 in addition to our application assistance fee.
